Late last night I looked up an HVAC company to deal with a problem at my gym! Heat was not reaching the upstairs rooms, and I was not sure who to trust.
 
What I learned from that was that not all HVAC companies are the same!
 
My property manager uses an HVAC service that covers the whole US that covers the whole country. Their dispatcher was surprisingly quick and the price was fair and there were no hidden fees.
 
I also appreciated that they answered the phone right away even on a weekend.
